기관지 확장증
기관지 확장증 (bronchiectasis)은 기관지나 세기관지의 만성 괴사성 감염에 의해 이들의 병적 확장을 동반한 질환이다. 임상적으로 기침, 열, 화농성의 악취가 나는 다량의 객담 등을 특징으로 한다. 기관지 확장증은 기관지의 불가역적인 팽창이며, 여러 원인으로 발생한다.
